Pricing& Payments

All pricing stated on offers & invoices are Ex GST and in the specified currency. If not in local currency, they will be calculated at the invoice date against the RBA website here; https://www.rba.gov.au/statistics/frequency/exchange-rates.html

For local currency,  any exchange variance of +/-2% will be calculated against the quoted versus invoice date from the RBA website data here; https://www.rba.gov.au/statistics/frequency/exchange-rates.html

Net 14 terms are on offer for existing and known clients, any new and unknown clients domestically and internationally will be required upon request for payment in advance.

 
 
 

Cancellations & Refunds

Product which is sold non-cancelable/non-returnable (NCNR) or which is specifically ordered by a client may not be returned for credit. Returns exclude the failure of any electronic component caused by the client or negligence, misuse (including misuse relating to the handling, storage, transportation, or installation of the electronic component) or use that is inconsistent with the manufacturer's recommendations.

Product may be returned only with a RMA number is issued by an authorised person from Nano Components and must accompany with a detailed written failure analysis report. The issue of a RMA number is at the sole discretion of Nano Components. All products for which a return is authorised will be subject to restocking and other handling charges. Authorised returns must be made within 30 days of the issue of a RMA number. Authorised product returned must be sealed and in original packaging.
